Thank you to the British Council for the opportunity to provide facilitation guidance and support and we look forward to working with you in the future.
Letter from the Coach Educators:
“On behalf of the coaches from the Soweto group, participating in the Premier Skills community coaching programme, we would like to express our sincerest gratitude for being part of this with us, and guiding us along the way.
We’ve had quite a bit of challenges, frustrations and issues. Some of the coaches were faced with or exposed to new areas that we never dealt with or had to deal with before. We were taken out of our comfort zones. It was scary at times, and we wanted to throw in the towel. All of this has been a learning experience, and a good one too.
As we prepare to go into our final stage of this phase, the “big exam”, assessment & evaluation, it is now up to us to show what we’ve learnt over the past few months.
Thank you for staying on this journey with us and making us better coaches.
Premier Skills Coach Educators”
